Order Status
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Before checking out and making a purchase, click on the "Cart" link in the top right corner of our site to view orders selected. Then click in the quantities “Qty” field to edit your order.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

To track your order status click on the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once in your account click on the “Account” link to view order “Fulfillment Status”.

My order never arrived.

Click on the "Login" link at the top right side of our site to track your order status.  Be sure all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays the Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", click the “Contact Us” link for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Pricing and Billing
When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item(s).

I forgot my password.

Click on the "Login" link at the top left side of our site. Next to the password box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here".  Click the link and our site will send you an email to reset your password.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately using Stripe vendor services through the website. 

If you opt to use the Square payment vehicle, “Contact Us” via 301.246.2342 to verbally submit your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code for uBlingIt to process payment upon receipt of the credentials.

How do I edit my account information?

Click on the "Login" link at the top left side of our site, click “View Addresses,” then click “Edit” to amend your account information.

How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?

Please see each product details for more information on the availability of an item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Login" link at the top left side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation from uBlingIt’s ShipStation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax has been included in the product price.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits can take up to 7-10 business days from the time we receive the returned item(s).

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click on the "Login" link to access your account.  Once logged into your account, click on the "Account" link at the top left side of our site to view your account, then click on the “Order #” hyperlink to view your invoice.  

Note: You will be able to screen print an Invoice if needed.

How do I create an account?

1) Click on the "Login" link at the top left side of our site.

2) Enter your email address and password.  You will receive an auto-generated “Customer Account Confirmation” email.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. 

Add items to your cart then scroll down on the screen to select state and zip code.  The site has a shipping rate calculator. Proceed to “Checkout” page for order completion and payment processing.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.

International Shipping (Do you ship to my country?)

Please create an account by on clicking the "Login" link at the top right side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
